Programme Director
Location: London, Hybrid Working
Salary: £750-950 per day, Outside IR35
Contract: 6 Month Contract (Possible Extensions)
We are currently seeking an exceptional Programme Director to join our client, a leading private healthcare business based in Marylebone in Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a full review of the current operating environment and implementing a new digital and cloud-centred Target Operating Model to drive standardisation and consolidation across the business, following a period of business scale up and acquisition.
The role will involve integrating recently acquired practices into the business which are located around the UK and so some occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities of the Programme Director:
- Conduct a thorough ‘As Is’ review of the current operating environment, reporting on findings and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Chief Medical Officer.
- Develop and implement a ‘To Be’ Target Operating Model. This should aim to be ‘cloud first’ and will including introducing digital and AI technologies.
- Introduce improved remote access and cloud-based technology for improved access to information. This must be done with consideration to patient confidentiality.
- Work closely with stakeholders including the CEO, CMO, private equity investors, and healthcare practitioners who are based in London and around the UK.
- Deliver a comprehensive programme of change from requirements gathering, through RFPs and RFIs, through to implementation and handover to completion / BAU.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Programme Director in delivering complex programmes of change, ideally involving digital technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, must be able to keep very senior healthcare clinicians and professionals on side during the programme delivery
- Background in private healthcare, elective surgery, or related industries
- Experience with technology implementation in healthcare settings would be ideal
- Some experience of trialling or introducing AI or Robotic Process Automation into healthcare would be an advantage

We are seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager to join an expanding financial services and wealth management business in Central London.
The business has recently been through a period of change management, impacting people, processes and technology. They have also pivoted their client engagement model, including their processes, branding, and fees.
As the business continues to experience growth and success, they require a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead a post-implementation remediation of the newly-introduced Workday HR/HCM system.
This remediation is aimed at streamlining HR processes, recognising and retaining talent within PR, and improving how HR supports employees who now largely work on a WFH / hybrid basis.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- The Project Manager will lead the remediation of the recent Workday implementation across the organisation, managing both business and technology work streams.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of the Workday implementation and related projects.
- As Project Manager, you will be the business champion for delivering HR transformation and system change, as well as introducing process and people-related change to ensure alignment with business objectives.
*Ideal Candidate:*
- Proven experience as a Project or Programme Manager in managing financial/HR transformation, Workday or related implementation projects.
- Strong background in large-scale system and process change within professional settings.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects across diOerent business functions, including finance and HR.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology would be an advantage.
